A Feast Over Fire

Imagine breaking bread, clinking glasses and indulging in a setting of absolute culinary mastery.

For Body & Soul 2023, Guzzle is collaborating with chefs Tom Arnold and Tom Hayes to showcase the breadth of producers who are nourishing and feeding the island of Ireland. Local, seasonal ingredients will be prepared in the walled gardens at Ballinlough Castle and cooked over a naked flame. The menus will be created with as little intervention as possible, serving fresh produce in each course with wine.
